1.       Price of Products

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and exclude delivery charges and taxes. You may opt to pay in US Dollars at the exchange rate stipulated in our website.

2.       Payment

3.       Cancellation/ Amendment

1. We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.

2. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

3. In the event the order has been despatched, no cancellation will be allowed and the full purchase price will apply.

4. Please email cancellation requests to us at sales@e-turbos.com with your order number.

4.       Exchange/Return

1. Products sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless they have manufacturing defects.

2. Unless you notify us to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within 24 hours, the product/s shall be deemed to have been accepted by you in good order and condition and in accordance with contract.

5.       Warranty/ Warranty against Manufacturing Defects

1. Unless otherwise stated, products purchased from us are brand new and genuine from Original Equipment Manufacturers, who carry out the strictest quality inspections.

2. Many, but not all products sold by us are covered by a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty against manufacturing defects given by the manufacturers. Where such warranty is given, the manufacturer’s terms and conditions will apply and the manufacturer’s decision in all cases shall be final.

3. Where such manufacturer’s warranty is not given, we will, nevertheless, investigate all complaints on a case by case basis. You are responsible for all costs (including but not limited to delivery charges, taxes and inspection charges) in sending the product/s back to us for an investigation to be carried out. We shall reimburse all such costs and send you a replacement product/s should we determine that the cause of failure of the product/s as due to manufacturing defects. Our decision in all cases shall be final.

4. You shall not be entitled to withhold, cancel or a refund of payment for all or any of the price of the product/s while any claim is being investigated.

6.       Delivery

1. You shall pay for all delivery and handling charges. Delivery will not be effected until we have received full payment for the products and all delivery and handling charges by any of the methods in Clause 2 above.

2. Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes.

3. You shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, excise, privilege and similar levies/taxes.

4. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE
   To estimate when a package will be delivered, full payment and address verification must be received prior to order processing.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
   Once your order has been despatched, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email and you may track your order at www.ups.com.  If you do not receive our email within 1 to 5 working days from your order date, please notify us by email at sales@e-turbos.com or call us during working days* at (65) 6686 2082 Singapore time with your order number.

7.       Title

All products shall remain our sole and absolute property as legal and equitable owners until paid for in full.

8.       Force Majeure

We shall be not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
